Project Tessa won 2023 Custom Built Home $550,000-$1 million as judged by HIA SA. Traditional features on the outside and more contemporary on the inside, this home is a blend of design styles to suit the blended personality and tastes of the two homeowners. Compromise was not a word used in this project. The clients were fastidious in ensuiring their dreams and vision for their forever home was fulfilled. They are in love with the finished product, as were the judging panel of HIA SA.
